As a graphic designer with experience at the University of Delaware's College of Health Sciences, I focused on creating impactful visual content that enhances communication within the health care field. My work involved designing digital assets that effectively conveyed complex medical information, ensuring clarity and engagement across various platforms. This experience honed my ability to deliver high-quality, audience-focused designs in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
PARADIGM Vol. 1
Paradigm is a magazine from the University of Delaware College of Health Sciences that highlights innovative approaches to healthcare education, research, and clinical practice. Through thoughtful design, I helped to translate complex health care topics into accessible and compelling visual narratives.
Alumni Weekend Invite
Created at the request of the Dean of the College, these invitations were designed utilizing the formal color and font palette to evoke a sense of formality to the occasion.
Thank You Cards
Created with the intent for sending to a variety of individuals associated with the College, two versions of Thank You cards were created for the Dean of the College. One for public health care, and the second for academic affiliations.
Movie Flyer
Created as an advertisement specifically for a special screening sponsored by the College of Health Sciences, this was disseminated across the entire college.
This design incorporated a poster that was already created for the movie, while also continuing to adhere to Brand Guidelines.
Created in conjunction with the Physical Therapy department, these books were meant to both educate children on various medical testing procedures, while also alleviating any unease with procedures that may be intimidating to young children in medical research testing.
The idea was to present these in a simple step-by-step fun storybook that parents could read to children before testing so they would be more comfortable when undergoing the actual test.
